Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what is and is not allowed on the Serious Traffic network. It applies to every advertiser, publisher and user of our Services, and forms part of our Terms of Service. Adult content between consenting adults is permitted where it is legal and meets the rules below.

1. Prohibited content (ads, landing pages and publisher sites)

• Any content that involves, depicts or suggests minors in a sexual context, including "teen" or "schoolgirl" framing aimed at implying a minor. We report such material to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual content, including hidden-camera, revenge or "leaked" material, and content depicting coercion, sexual violence or incapacitated persons.
• Bestiality, incest, and extreme violence, gore or torture.
• Content that promotes hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics, or that promotes terrorism.
• Illegal products or services, including illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods and unlicensed gambling.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.

2. Deceptive and harmful advertising

• Malware, spyware, unwanted software, or forced or silent downloads.
• Phishing or attempts to collect logins, card or personal details under false pretenses.
• Fake system, browser or virus warnings, fake chat or message notifications, and fake play or download buttons.
• Auto-redirects, back-button hijacking, or anything that traps the user or changes browser settings without consent.
• Hidden subscription charges, or offers whose true price and terms are not clear before payment.
• False or misleading claims, including fake celebrity endorsements and fake news-style pages.

3. Publisher traffic rules

• No bots, scripts, emulators or other automated traffic.
• No incentivized, forced or accidental-by-design clicks and impressions, and no clicking your own ads.
• No hidden, stacked, overlapping or zero-size ad placements, and no auto-refreshing ads.
• No traffic bought from sources that themselves breach this policy.
• Ad code may only run on websites and apps we approved.
• You are responsible for meeting the age-verification and consent requirements that apply to your site in the countries you serve.

4. Enforcement

We may review content and traffic at any time. If we find a breach we may reject or remove ads, block placements, adjust statistics, withhold or reverse payouts and charges, and suspend or close accounts, with or without notice. Serious breaches, in particular anything involving minors, lead to immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.

5. Reporting abuse

Seen an ad or placement that breaks these rules? Email info@serioustraffic.com with a screenshot, the page URL and the date and time. We review every report.
